Delano Miami: Plat Bleu

Situated at the end of Delano's celebrated lobby, Plat Bleu is South Beach's newest destination for casual dining day or night. Conceptualized as a "brasserie moderne" alternative to its more formal next-door cousin, the "world renowned" Blue Door at Delano, Plat Bleu offers diners a newly renovated, relaxed and luxe café-like atmosphere for lunch, dinner or late night supper. Consulting Chef Claude Troisgros, a pioneer of French-Brazilian fusion cuisine, working alongside the Delano's new Executive Chef, Maria Manso, has created a French Brasserie menu inspired by his latest restaurant, CT Brasserie, the new rage in Rio de Janiero.
